Infused with rye ferment flour
Fermented rye flour makes an excellent starter to make sourdough bread, traditionally handmade by our grandparents. Why? Because it’s a true fertilizer to the microflora ecosystem, and once flour is mixed with water, it kicks off the fermentation process immediately! In that process, precious microbiome metabolites are released and feed the good gut bugs when digested.
Full of nutrients
Not only a great source of nutrients to feed our gut microbiome but also precious as a skincare active. The rye flour ferment that we use in our products is prebiotic and postbiotic. Rich in metabolic byproducts that are excreted by living bacteria through fermentation, such as:
- VITAMINS (Vitamins E,B1,B2,B6, Niacinamide)
- ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS (Serin, Proline, Glycine, Alanine, Valin, Leucin, Tyrosine, Lysin, Arginine, Histidine and more)
- POLYSACCHARIDES (Beta-Glucan)
- ORGANIC ACIDS (Lactic Acid, Malic Acid, Acetic Acid)
- CELL PROTEINS
- ENZYMES
