Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Twin Skin Shop harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify Twin Skin Shop from all claims of third parties including intellectual property right claims related to a name, logo, brand, design or any other form of intellectual property you provide to us.

The Site and the Content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of the Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of the Site, and that Twin Skin Shop shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use.

Terms Governing Purchase And Delivery Of Product

General: For the purposes of this section only, “you” refers to a customer who purchases products from Twin Skin Shop. When you purchase a product from us, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price. This price, including delivery fees and taxes, if any, is to be paid in full at the time your order is placed. Twin Skin Shop reserves the right to cancel the order and reimburse possible payments, if the goods ordered are not available. In this case, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability of the goods.

Address changes: In case order or address information needs to be changed after your order is placed, Twin Skin Shop will make a reasonable effort to adjust the order or address; nevertheless, if costs have already been incurred, you will have to either accept the original order at the original price or pay additional charges to remake and/or ship the goods.

Delivery time: We will use our best efforts to create and deliver the product(s) you order within specified timings; however, delivery time is not guaranteed. Twin Skin Shop is not liable and will not pay for claims for any direct or consequential loss caused by delivering the product.

Quality issues: It is your responsibility to notify Twin Skin Shop of any issue with your product within 7 days after delivery and, if applicable, send us corresponding photo(s). Twin Skin Shop will work with you to meet your expectations regarding the quality of your products. If we are not able to meet these quality expectations, we offer a full refund. See next section for our return policy.

Money Back Guarantee: Unless the customer has approved the proof of product, Twin Skin Shop offers a full refund upon request by the customer. The conditions for a refund are: (i) You report the issue and/or make a money back request within 7 days after delivery of the product. (ii) You return the products back to Twin Skin Shop, paying for all return shipping charges. (iii) We fund the full amount within 7 days after receiving the return product(s). If we have furnished you with a proof of your product (note that this “proof” may consist of a product sample, a product photograph, or other format), and you have approved this proof, this Money Back Guarantee does not apply to your order.
